1. Order Processing All orders are processed within [1-2 business days] of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays. If we are experiencing high order volumes, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

2. UK Shipping We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

6. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ARTIC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at articstore77@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
